Live & Love Crafts CHALLENGE TIME!!

Did you enjoy last month's challenge of Warm and Cool colors at LLC?  I see a whole heck of a lot of people did and that's AWESOME!  There were so many amazing entries!  SO want to see what we have in store for you this month?

It's an INSPIRATION PHOTO!!!  Pretty huh?

I kind of went with the overall neutral scheme but used blue as my accent, like the drawer in the dresser in the upper r/h corner picture.  The image is from Inkido "Vintage Angels". Pretty huh?  I used the new Pion papers from "Wintertime in Swedish Lapland" but also a piece from last year's "Silent Night".  The snowflake border and top snowflake are from Memory Box and the smaller 2 snowflakes are a Magnolia die.  I embossed Frantage on all of them among other pieces.

The tag is also from the new papers and I really prettied that up with some shabby chic seam binding, a rolled Kort and Godt flower, some Wild Orchid Crafts flowers, lace and a super cute snowflake charm from LLC that I covered with Frantage.

Here's my corner piece with a super cute shabby chic angel from LLC, my Prima flower, more WOC flowers and an apple (those are so cool!).

I just love these clay hearts because they are great pieces to add that Frantage to.  See my pretty lace layered underneath them?  Layering lace is such a great way to embellish.

For some reason I kind of forgot...or maybe didn't realize that it was already a new month this weekend so I had to step up in high gear to make the card and have it ready.  Not sure what I was thinking....or what I wasn't but I'm happy with my finished product.  Have you ever done that?!  Ends up being quite a shocker huh?  LOL!!

You have the whole month....THE WHOLE MONTH to join in on our challenge and there are NO RULES!  Well maybe 2 or three but you don't have to use anything from Live and Love Crafts to join, although that would be great if you did!

As always, there is a gift certificate for the winner:
PEEPS!  This is about $40 CND right now!!  Pretty generous huh?!

I hope I've inspired you to play along this month but if you need a little more check out my DT's creations at the Live and Love Crafts Inspiration blog.  They always bring it!

Thanks for stopping by!!

Just like Elin, I'm also a great fan of Inkido's Vintage Angel images. You're right to be happy with this card; it's fabulouslt embellished and I really like how you used the blue to set accents. Cream-blue-brown = favourite color combo of mine! Sandy xx
