Tim Holtz PRINTER'S BOX!

FINALLY!!  I finally finished it!!  I started it about a month ago and I just finished it this past weekend.  WOO!  Normally I give away everything that I make, but this year I've worked on a few projects just for me.

My husband asked me when I first started working on it, who it was for.  I said him.  He seemed oddly happy but then he asked me again when it was done just to make sure.  ha ha ha!

SUPER PICTURE HEAVY!

This little sled was from Michael's.  I sanded it a bit and then distressed with some cocoa Momento ink to make it look a little "used".  hee hee  Then I added an old time pair of skates from Tim Holtz just hanging around.

Another item from Tim Holtz is this battery operated lantern.  CUTE OR WHAT?!!

My "WISHES" bottle is filled with glitter and my "LISTS" bottle is filled with cinnamon sticks.

The bells were some I had in my basket making stash from last year.  They came pre-glittered and pre-flocked.  The brown looking berries are from LLC.

The star is from Melissa Frances that I painted gold and sanded.  The tree - another TH piece and the deer are from my Wild Orchid stash.  On each of the compartments edges, I covered them with Martha Stewart texture (snow) and covered with very fine glitter.  After that, I added more snow and then the iridescent flakes to the bottom one.

The birdcage is from Prima and use to be gold but I painted it using my Inka-Gold paints.  More berries from LLC.

A pine cone of some sort (probably from my back yard) and a small tree spring, not real cuz I didn't want the pine needles falling off.  LOL!

This little cherub came from LLC, which use to be white until I covered it with ink and wiped away the excess.  The JOY sentiment are some left over small scrabble tiles I had that I covered with some letters from (oh gosh sorry I can't remember) and then covered with Crackle Accents.  This picture shows the glitter really nicely on the edges.

Wow my memory is really failing me.  I'm sure you'll remember where this bulb has come from ... all I know is I need more.  LOL!  So cute!

For the top of the box I created a poinsettia using the Tim Holtz die and then a red one from my stash, topped with some bells.

The tag is from this year's Maja Design "A Gift For You" collection and I used other pieces to cover the whole box and the inside of each compartment.

Thank you so much for visiting!!  Takes a lot to take and edit so many pictures.  One day I'm gonna have an awesome photo booth set up for my stuff.  hee hee

This leaves me speechless! I can't believe the time this would have taken not to mention the talent! I can't even imagine taking on something like this. And now you have to excuse me, my jaw is rolling around somewhere on the floor and I need to find it!

Fantastic project with so many cute details, all so different. I wouldn't have known where to start with it, would probably just have been staring blank at it for ages, LOL. My favourite is the sledge and skates. Well done; it's great that you're keeping it. Merry Christmas and HNY!
